By using HireUp you agree to these terms. They cover what the service does, what you can and can't do with it, and how we can change or end it.
The service
HireUp provides AI-powered interview practice, resume parsing, and job matching. Candidates use it free; employers pay to post roles and review candidates.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything done through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Don't upload someone else's resume, scrape our platform, attempt to reverse-engineer our models, harass other users, or use the service to discriminate against candidates.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the rights we need to run the service (store, display, process through our AI pipeline) and nothing more.
Fees and refunds
Employer plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime; refunds are prorated for annual plans. Candidates never pay.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." AI scores are guidance, not hiring decisions. We don't guarantee placement or interview outcomes.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-product at least 30 days before taking effect.
